Importer and CARM responsibilities
Commercial importers generally need an import/export account and must manage applicable duties and taxes through Canada's customs systems. A licensed customs broker may act as an agent, but the importer remains responsible for accurate accounting information, duties, taxes, and corrections.
Read the official CBSA importing guide →GST/HST is shipment-specific
Imported goods can be subject to GST or the federal portion of HST, with treatment affected by the importer, goods, province, and registration status. Do not treat “tax included” as a universal promise without confirming the importer and written quote scope.
Coverage depends on the postcode
We prioritize major Canadian commercial markets and eligible surrounding areas. Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, islands, and other remote locations may require separate channels, additional charges, or may not be serviceable. Residential and special-access delivery also require review.
