For eligible air and LCL shipments, our agreed DDP scope covers the following stages. We confirm the cargo, importer arrangement, postal code and accurate delivery address before finalizing the quote.

Pickup is quoted separately
Tell us if collection is needed. We price pickup from the location and cargo details; supplier delivery to the designated warehouse is also an option.
FCL is quoted shipment by shipment
Container type, quantity, loading location and destination delivery determine the plan. Inclusions are itemized in the written FCL quote.
Air and LCL chargeable weight
Compare actual gross weight with dimensional weight; the higher weight is chargeable.
Air: length × width × height ÷ 5000
Ocean LCL: length × width × height ÷ 6000
Use outer packed dimensions in centimetres for dimensional weight in kilograms. Different packages are recorded separately; the quote specifies aggregation, rounding and any channel minimum. FCL is priced separately.
Customs business is performed by appropriately licensed partners. The written quote identifies the importer arrangement, required documents and conditional costs such as examinations, storage, remeasurement, waiting or additional delivery services.

Destination and unloading
Provide the ZIP/postcode and accurate address. Confirm truck access, appointment, dock/forklift and unloading responsibilities before booking.
