Final delivery depends on the postcode, address type, packed dimensions, truck access and unloading arrangements. Air freight delivery is planned for the selected air service.

For eligible air and LCL shipments, our agreed DDP scope covers the following stages. We confirm the cargo, importer arrangement, postal code and accurate delivery address before finalizing the quote.

Pickup is quoted separately
Tell us if collection is needed. We price pickup from the location and cargo details; supplier delivery to the designated warehouse is also an option.
FCL is quoted shipment by shipment
Container type, quantity, loading location and destination delivery determine the plan. Inclusions are itemized in the written FCL quote.
Customs business is performed by appropriately licensed partners. The written quote identifies the importer arrangement, required documents and conditional costs such as examinations, storage, remeasurement, waiting or additional delivery services.
