Cargo & Industry Solutions

Plan the shipment around the cargo—not an industry label

We review the product, final packaging, route, importer arrangement and delivery conditions before recommending air freight, LCL, FCL or an eligible DDP scope.

How We Review Cargo

Three questions come before the rate

An industry page cannot replace a cargo review. The same product may need a different route when its packaging, battery attributes, importer arrangement or delivery site changes.

01 · What is it?

Confirm the product, use, material, brand, value and any regulated or sensitive attributes.

02 · How is it packed?

Use final packed dimensions, weight, stackability, lifting points and protection—not catalogue dimensions.

03 · How will it be received?

Confirm the postcode, address type, truck access, dock, forklift, appointment and unloading plan.

Six Cargo Groups

What changes from one cargo category to another

These categories organize the information needed for a useful quote. They are not a whitelist or a promise that every product can use the same route.

Furniture & Commercial Fixtures

Furniture, office fixtures, displays and other large finished goods are reviewed around packed dimensions, fragility and the receiving site.

Furniture · office fixtures · retail displays · fitted items

Planning approach

Compare FCL, LCL, factory loading and warehouse loading together with destination devanning and final delivery.

Prepare for review

  • Final packed dimensions, weight and volume
  • Largest and heaviest piece, stackability and packaging photos
  • Postcode, address type, dock, forklift and unloading conditions

Advance review: Fragile, high-value, wood-packed and residential-delivery shipments need specific packaging, insurance and delivery review.

Machinery & Industrial Equipment

Machinery, tools and production equipment are assessed from the packed unit—not only the product name or total weight.

Machinery · tools · production equipment · commercial equipment

Planning approach

Air, LCL, FCL or an applicable oversized channel may be compared after the complete packing and route data are available.

Prepare for review

  • Equipment name, purpose, model, material and HS code if available
  • Packed size, single-piece weight, center of gravity and lifting points
  • Battery, oil, magnetism, pressure parts and new or used condition

Advance review: Heavy, long, used or powered equipment requires route, handling, documentation and destination-unloading review before booking.

Building Materials & Sanitary Fixtures

Tiles, sanitary ware, stone products, fixtures and project materials may combine high density, fragile surfaces and difficult unloading.

Tiles · sanitary ware · stone products · fixtures · project materials

Planning approach

FCL and LCL should be compared using the full door-to-door handling scope rather than a mechanical volume threshold.

Prepare for review

  • Accurate product name, material, use, value and HS code
  • Package type, single-piece size and weight, and stackability
  • Truck access, dock, forklift and receiving labor at destination

Advance review: Wood, ceramics, stone, steel, aluminum and other regulated or trade-remedy-sensitive materials must be checked by product and destination.

Solar panels and related electrical products

Solar, Energy & Electrical Equipment

Solar panels, inverters, electrical equipment and energy-storage products do not share one transport condition and must be identified separately.

Solar panels · inverters · electrical equipment · energy storage

Planning approach

Packaging, product model, rated power, battery attributes and current carrier acceptance determine the available route.

Prepare for review

  • Product model, use, rated power, brand and clear photos
  • Battery type, capacity, quantity and available transport documents
  • Packed dimensions, weight, fragility, HS code and declared value

Advance review: Battery cargo and trade-remedy-sensitive products require product, destination, documentation and channel review for each shipment.

Apparel, Textiles & Accessories

Garments, fabrics, home textiles, footwear, bags and accessories are reviewed against material, branding, labeling and destination requirements.

Garments · fabrics · home textiles · footwear · bags

Planning approach

Depending on order size and timing, multi-supplier consolidation, air freight, LCL or FCL may be assessed.

Prepare for review

  • Product names, material composition, intended use and quantity
  • Brand or authorization status, labeling and country-of-origin details
  • Carton count, packed dimensions, weight and cargo-ready date

Advance review: Branded, leather, footwear and other document-sensitive goods require advance review. Infringing or undeclared goods are not accepted.

General Commercial Cargo

Commercial inventory not listed above can still be reviewed against the product, packaging, route, importer arrangement and delivery site.

Hardware · plastic products · eligible appliances · electronics · stock

Planning approach

We compare transport modes using supplier locations, cargo-ready dates, packed data, destination and receiving conditions.

Prepare for review

  • Accurate product name, use, material, quantity, value and photos
  • Dimensions, weight and any battery, liquid, powder, magnet or wood
  • Supplier count, destination postcode and final delivery conditions

Advance review: “General cargo” is not blanket acceptance. Regulated, branded, sensitive, prohibited or incorrectly declared products require review or may be refused.

Advance Review

Tell us the special attributes before cargo reaches the warehouse

Route availability can change with the product, destination and current carrier acceptance. A previous shipment does not automatically approve another model or route.

Batteries, magnets, liquids, powders or pressure components
Wood, stone, ceramics, steel, aluminum or food-contact materials
Branded, licensed or document-sensitive products
Used, fragile, high-value, long, heavy or non-stackable cargo
Residential, remote or restricted-access delivery locations
Any product requiring certification, permits or special customs review
Completed Shipments

Evidence where we have it; review where we do not

These records show completed handling decisions without turning one shipment into a universal promise.
